DEPOSITS
A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $32 is required to secure all appointments. The deposit is due at confirmation and is credited towards the total cost of your hair service. The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment. We do not accept CASH APP payments only cc/cash/Apple pay
LATE FEE
If you will be running late please give us a curtesy call.
After 15 minutes you will be charged a $20 late fee. Anything after 25 minutes will be considered a cancellation.
NO EXTRA PEOPLE/ NO MEN/ NO CHILDREN
ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSES, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment so please come ALONE.
NO CALL NO SHOW
No call no shows will result in 30% of your service charge. You will also be add to the DNB (DO NOT BOOK) list.
